Message Setup

The Message Setup section is where you configure the messages Apptoto sends to your clients. There are two primary types of messages you can send:

  • Auto Messages — default messages that go out automatically once you turn the Auto Messages toggle to ON, based on your timing settings. Configure these in the Auto Messages tab.
  • One-Time Messages — messages you send out on-demand to specific appointments. See One-Time Messages for more information.

Message Templates Use Liquid-based templates with fields, filters, and conditional logic to personalize messages.
Auto Messages Create and schedule reminders, bookings, and follow-ups that go out automatically.
Secure Messaging Send PIN-protected messages for sensitive or protected communications.
Attachment Support Include file attachments (PDFs, images, and more) with your messages.
Multiple Message Schedules Run multiple schedules or languages side by side for different audiences.
