Generating appointments

Section titled “Participant info”When creating new appointments, in most cases Apptoto will be able to extract participant information automatically without requiring a significant change in your method for titling. To ensure the most accurate import of information, we recommend the following format when creating new appointments:
Appointment type – Participant Name – (555) 555-5555 – email@address.comThis format, specifically the ” – ” spacing, ensures that all elements of the participant’s contact information are pulled into the Apptoto system correctly.
